Our clinician-owned company provides psychological and psychiatric services to patients in acute rehab, long-term care, assisted and independent living facilities at no-cost to the facility.

Patients deserve personalized care in a timely fashion. Clinicians integrate with the facility staff to ensure the best outcomes possible. Staff members are typically in each facility once a week or more.

Our Approach
We recognize that the populations in long-term care, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities consist of medically complex patients that require special skills to address the emotional and behavioral needs of each individual.

Nursing facilities are also serving a patient population that include younger clients and individuals with more severe psychiatric symptoms and diagnoses.

We view the facility as not only our client, but as our partner in the care of each individual patient.

We are experts in providing behavioral health services in a comprehensive, caring and cost-effective manner.
Our comprehensive service model also provides the facility support for survey preparedness and regulatory compliance. Our clinicians work with the facility to create a plan to reduce the usage of psychotropic medications while at the same time improving the patient’s well-being.

Our clinicians assess patient’s medications for any possible drug interactions that may be negatively affecting the patient’s health.

Our clinical team is comprised of nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and a board-certified psychiatrist.
The company is committed to providing high quality care related to patients’ mental health, ranging from short term adjustment issues to dementia, behavior problems, and severe and chronic mental illness. Our treatment teams collaborate closely with facility staff to identify areas of concern and develop comprehensive treatment approaches.
